ISO 22301 Overview 

Iso 22301 – Business Continuity Management System

A disaster / disruption can strike anywhere at any time, and can disrupt every aspect of a business, from People , Processes , Products and Services.  Organizations must be resilient & able to continue operations in the event of a disruptive, unforeseen circumstance(s), which could be caused by a major catastrophe or a minor incident.

  3. Check: (Monitor and review) Monitor and review performance against business continuity policy and objectives, report the results to management for review, and determine and authorize actions for remediation and improvement.
  4. Act: (Maintain and improve) Maintain and improve the BCMS by taking corrective action, based on the results of management review and reappraising the scope of the BCMS and business continuity policy and objectives.
